Thrash as of the last few years has been revived. Even old bands such as Anthrax are touring! With that what's your favorite new wave thrash band?! I'm really digging Municipal Wast and Gama Bomb. Warbringer, Evile and a few others are up there too but those two are the bee's knees. Municipal Waste have a new album coming out this summer and Gama Bomb's Citizen Brain just had a special edition re-release. Check them out if you haven't already!

Justin is always on point with the rapidshares.
Only newer thrash band I've been listening to/bothered to check out are Municipal Waste. I can't deal with Gama Bomb's vocalist.

Yeah, I've also only really bothered with Municipal Waste, though Toxic Holocaust is pretty good

Nobody's into Cross Exam? Toxic Holocaust are pretty decent from time to time. Check out Cauldron and Goat Horn (thrash-influenced moreso than straight up thrash bands). Also, I like non-party thrash from time to time. Like, I am so excited about that new Slayer track and all that shit.

Forgot all about Goat Horn, saw them when I was in Quebec a few years ago. Great band, too bad they broke up.

There's Havok - Burn which was pretty good from what I heard.

I find there to be something boring about new thrash, particularly when compared to back when it first got on the go. Warbringers new album is pretty listenable from what I've heard, but still stricken with that whole generic feel.
I think the best part of the "New Wave of Thrash" is all the old bands that are surfacing that I'd never heard befor, like: Coroner Holy Moses Toxik Realm Vio-Lence All fucking amazing bands.
Lich King would probably be the best new thrash band if not for the toilet-bowl recording quality. Instead I'd have to give it to Dig Up the Dead!! and obviously the WASTE!

I'll agree, the New Wave of Thrash is no where near as awesome as the original wave was in it's heyday. I mean, it's intense and thrashy, but the rise of faster/harder metal genres have really killed the thrash movement.
